Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for TAPRONA SaaS products under the following conditions: • The request is made within 14 days of purchase or subscription renewal • The product has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service • The reason for the refund is clearly stated and valid (e.g., technical issues, accidental purchase)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@taprona.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain services, such as custom development or consulting, may not be eligible for refunds. These exceptions will be clearly communicated before purchase.
